This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), is an integral part of our End User License Agreement (“EULA”), and governs the processing and transfer of personal data collected or processed by Cloud Convert PDF & Word. (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) when you access or use our mobile application or our services, all as detailed in the applicable EULA (respectively the “App” and “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains what data we may collect from you, how such data may be used or shared with others, how we safeguard it and how you may exercise your rights related to your Personal Data (as defined below), among others, and where applicable, as required according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”),the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (as amended by Law No. 13,853/2019) (“LGPD”), the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and other US states as further detailed below.

Our collection and processing depend on Your usage of Our Service. Please note we don't collect Personal Data for features to function.

The Data You Provide to Us

We collect your information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use the app, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our apps, when you participate in activities on the app, or send us feedback. The information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the app.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Push Notifications:

 

We may store Firebase Cloud Messages token. If you wish to stop getting push notifications, you may do so simply by disables push notifications on your device’s settings or uninstall the app. This information will be processed to allow us to send push notification to users from our server. As the token is Non-Personal Data it does not require a lawful basis.

 

In-App Payment Information:

 

When you make a payment through our App and offered Services, all payment are in-app payments and are subject to the applicable App Store terms and privacy policy.

We use in app payment processors; the registration and payment information are solely processed by the applicable app store provider. We do not store nor process any Personal Data when you process the payment.

We receive an order number which is connected to a user ID which was generated when installing the app (non identifiable). The Payment Information is processed to perform our contract with you to provide you our Services.

 

Automatic Information Collection

When you download, access, and use the App, it may use technology to automatically collect:

Device: When you download and use our app, we automatically collect information about the type of device you have downloaded the app on and your device identifier. We collect this to ensure we deliver the right version of the app for your device and so that we can provide appropriate follow up support as necessary.

Analytics: We use a third party analytics tool, Google Analytics, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our services, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other pages they use prior to coming to our services. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our services.

Log file: During the usage of the app, the data and information collected (through third-party products) on your phone in case of an error in the app called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using the app, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We DO NOT sell, trade, or transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. And therefore we don't disclose your information.

The privacy of your data is paramount to us. We adhere to universal accepted protocols to safeguard the data provided to us, both during transmission and following its receipt. However, no methodology of electronic transmission or storage can be 100% secure. 

 

Children's Privacy

 

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
